The award is given by The International Academy of the Visual Arts ( http://www.iavisarts.org/ ) and is rewarding creativity in education on the Web.  Members of the IAVA include executives from  HBO, Polo  Ralph Lauren, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Yahoo!, MTV, and a long list of advertising and media agencies.
