Solve    5x - 3 + 6x + 1 = 5 - 2 ( x + 4 )

Clean up both sides...

11x - 2 = 5 - 2x - 8 which gives 11x + 2x - 2 = - 2x + 2x - 3 which gives 13x = -1 ditch the 13... 13x/13 = -1/13 which gives x = -1/13

Solve        3 - ( 2x + 5 ) = 5 + x + 2 ( 4x - 6 )
